50% of payment is due upon the start of custom order.

We are not responsible for any items lost or stolen in transit
If you are providing stone(s), we are not responsible for breakage of your stones. Stones can have chips, cracks, flaws, and scratches. Each stone is inspected before use and customer will be notified of any flaws in the stone prior to the start of the project.
Custom order form must be completed at the time of purchase.
Completion time will typically take 2-4 weeks. This time could be longer during certain times of the year.
Stamping or engraving is available, depending on the size of the piece.
